Cancellation and Refund Policies

Our business does not provide refunds of any kind for any reason. You can cancel your purchase and cease to participate in any of our programs or services; however, this will not warrant a refund. For all programs and masterminds, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it within the timeframe provided. There are no refunds.If you are purchasing any program and for any reason you decide to leave before the full amount is paid off, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price of each program that has taken place since you first registered. If payments are late, you will be removed from any current program until payments are back in good standing.

Buyout Clause

If the Client chooses to terminate their participation in any program or service before the agreed-upon end date, they agree to pay a buyout fee equivalent to 50% of the total remaining balance of the Program. This buyout fee is due immediately upon cancellation and must be paid in full before termination is finalized. No further coaching services, group access, or materials will be provided once the buyout fee has been received. The Company reserves the right to pursue debt collection or legal action to recover unpaid buyout fees if necessary.

Changes To the Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Jurisdiction

This agreement between you, the user, and Sancti Wellness Ltd shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in any proceeding related to this agreement.
